Locate one of these assessments(ONLINE) and then administer it to a co-worker. After completing the assessment discuss it with the co-worker and provide insight into the results of the assessment. Make sure to share with your co-worker that you are doing this as part of your graduate class and that you are not a certified executive coach.Write a 3-page (750-word minimum) paper about the assessment, the administration of the assessment, the data from the completed assessment, and what coaching recommendations or advice would you provide your co-worker.You are expected to reference and cite a minimum of two scholarly sources in each paper
