Evaluate the use of electronic monitoring for three job roles: assembly-line worker, telephone customer service representative, and sales manager. Is the use of electronic monitoring more appropriate for some jobs than others? Explain. What data would be useful for each of the positions? Evaluate any ethical issues to consider when monitoring performance electronically.
