Share either a personal example of where you have shared your grievances with a company on social media or one you may have read about while looking through your own social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). Do you have any knowledge of the response by the company, if any?

Topic 2: One of the more famous examples of poor response in the wake of a viral complaint against a company is the “United Breaks Guitars” case study. Read a short article about it here and provide one additional communication tactic you would add to the five tactics listed at the end of the article.
