Problem Statement: How often does the military fill a position without ensuring that person is the right fit for the job and or the organization?
We have to put together a no more than 15 slide PowerPoint with a notes page that has to be 1500-2000 words long and right notes in our slide’s notes. Additionally, those who do not attend the class will need to submit a paper of the synopsis of what they intend to brief. The overall outcome of this presentation should be to a) clearly and concisely make the b) argument for the design itself, c) the potential for improvement in strategizing, and d) the expected impact and how that impact will be assessed. This assignment will serve as a mid-level assessment of the UC outcome for “Creativity” and the Strategic Leadership program outcome for “Sustainment of strategic capacity”.

the potential for improvement in strategizing,. How much did identifying other concepts to improve the current strategy better the topic?
Discuss the expected impact: As we identified ways to make it better, is the topic any better after our assessment, if so how?
how that impact will be assessed: What are ways we can test the improvement of our topic?
