I have to be a debbie downer and say that I do not use any apps for positive thinking or motivation. I feel like i have so much support, love, and good energy around me in my daily life between my family, friends, and supportive doctors that I don’t need to look at an app for it. I do, however, have a daily calendar on my desk that has something good to say on it for each day of the year. I read it and people come in and read it everyday and then at the end of the day i throw it out and on to the next day. I also do like to look at my horoscope but those aren’t always correct. It is nice to know that there are plenty out there to help those who need it.
