Analyze how these factors impact the Strategy Change Cycle and the strategic planning process in general. Analyze the potential value from the strategy management frameworks and tools described in Lindenberg (2001) in addressing these issues. Use examples from real-world situations and your experiences whenever possible.

The Assignment (3–4 pages):
Apply the 10-step Strategy Change Cycle in Chapter 2 of Bryson (2018) to the Revitalizing Masachapa Project. Identify key stakeholders in the Revitalizing Masachapa Project and analyze the role of each within the Strategy Change Cycle. In particular, determine where stakeholder analysis takes place in the Strategy Change Cycle and analyze the impact of the Strategy Change Cycle on goal and vision formulation.
